Organisational conditions
- The CosyHome concierge service is available during branch opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- This service includes booking and coordinating services, subject to availability. An estimate is drawn up by CosyHome and will be sent to the customer for validation. All activities and services booked will be invoiced directly by the service providers.
- For in-home catering services, food and beverages not included in the initial quote are billed directly to customers on arrival.
- Requests for cancellation or modification made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date will only be processed with the agreement of the service provider, subject to the general terms and conditions of sale and availability. If the cancellation is made after the deadline, the service may be invoiced to the customer.
- Within the framework of its services, CosyHome is essentially bound by an obligation of means. CosyHome Conciergerie cannot be held responsible in the event of a dispute relating to the quality of the products or services provided by a service provider.
